Halo 3 hidden treasures - 21 Easter Eggs in one page

Halo 3 Topics

What could possibly be left to discover in Halo 3?

here is a quick summary first:

EASTER EGG #1 - Actual Easter Egg
EASTER EGG #2 - "How did you do that?"
EASTER EGG #3 - Super Mario Scream
EASTER EGG #4 - Master Chief's Ancestors?
EASTER EGGS #5 and 6 - Jungle Love
EASTER EGGS #7 and 8 - Red vs. Blue
EASTER EGG #9 - Extraterrestrial Urination
EASTER EGGS #10, 11 and 12 - History Repeats
EASTER EGGS #13 and 14 - Corporate Cannibalism
EASTER EGGS #15 and 16 - Fun with Terminals
EASTER EGG #17 - Finish the Fight... Differently
EASTER EGG #18 - George Costanza Grunt
EASTER EGG #19 - The Master Bullet
EASTER EGGS #20 and 21 - Multiplayer Mop Up

And following is detailed descrioption of those recently discovered Halo 3 Easter Eggs - 21 of these, actually. Kudos go to guys from GamesRadar!
Actually, this list is already incomplete - Radarnation folks report on following thingies:
---
Another service tag not allowed is N64,
another thing i noticed was that in the cutscene before the level ark, when you fly in on the pelicans when you see the ark you also see a circulair city, with a square plain behind it. I'm pretty sure its supposed to be Atlantis, as thats how it was descibed by Plato.

You are also denied from having service tags A55 and P00
------

OK, so here is detailed descrioption of all Halo 3 21 Easter Eggs gather together in one page - for screenshots go check out the source.

Well... only a hidden heaping of nudity, public indecency, love letters, coded symbols, mysterious music, creepy characters, pop culture references (Mario? Seinfeld?) and other inside jokes - some hilarious, some plain bizarre - left behind by the game's sneaky creators.

Don't believe us? See for yourself on the following pages. We show you everything we and the Halo 3 community have found so far, plus how to locate them in your own game. Okay then - let's hunt some Egg!

We'll start with three of the toughest eggs. These are so difficult to recreate, in fact, that we've left it to the fan community to demonstrate them for you.

EASTER EGG #1 - Actual Easter Egg

A shimmering sphere of mysterious numbers hidden high, high, high above the multiplayer desert of Sandtrap. A coded map to secret treasure, or simply some forgotten programming? For a closer look, you'll need to use a tricky combination of Forge, Theater, teleporters and sentinels to push yourself through the map's locked barrier.

EASTER EGG #2 - "How did you do that?"

Halo 3's creators know how to reward the hard work - and the inspired madness - of their fans. So if you manage to overturn the largest vehicle in the game with a little luck and a whole lot of explosives, you'll receive some humorously impressed feedback.

EASTER EGG #3 - Super Mario Scream

Nintendo's mascot in Microsoft's mascot's adventure? The mind reels. But watch - no, listen - to these three pieces of evidence. Sounds to us like the distinctive death of the world's most distinctive plumber. "Yawwwwhoooohoooohooooo!"

We've gotten the nearly impossible stuff out of the way. With our helpful videos and screens, you should have no trouble discovering the rest of these 21 Easter Eggs for yourself. Starting at the beginning of the game...

EASTER EGG #4 - Master Chief's Ancestors?

The last thing we expected to stumble across in a science fiction epic full of aliens, cyborgs, spaceships and AI constructs was a hairy, knuckle-dragging family of prehistoric cavemen holding teddy bears. Yet here they are... and here's how to locate them in the first mission, Sierra 117. Shoot those creepy, frozen-faced Neanderthals in the face for us, won't you?

EASTER EGGS #5 and 6 - Jungle Love

We've already waxed poetic about the underlying love story in Halo 3. But the gooey mushiness isn't exclusive to Master Chief and Cortana. Sprinkled throughout the dense foliage of the first mission, Sierra 117, are carved hearts with initials and dates. Clearly, the overworked developers were feeling a tad guilty about their lonely wives and girlfriends at home.
Big Screen, Main Screen

EASTER EGGS #7 and 8 - Red vs. Blue

If you're a fan of the Halo-inspired machinima series Red vs. Blue, you'll definitely want to track these two Eggs down. The first is stupid easy - just stare closely at the tire of any Warthog in the game. Does that say "Puma"? As in, what Grif suggests calling the jeep because it looks more like that animal?

Even better is the secret conversation that takes place down a deserted hallway in the Crow's Nest mission. After you go through a door and see a Warthog explode in front of you, fight through the Grunts and continue forward, skipping the open doorway on the left. At the end of the passage, you'll witness two Marines arguing over a password. Depending on the difficulty you selected, the characters will be either Tucker and Doc, Simmons and Grif, or Church and Caboose... all of Red vs. Blue fame

EASTER EGG #9 - Extraterrestrial Urination

We knew Brutes were, well, brutish... but we had no idea they were this disgusting. You've definitely run into this guy on The Ark mission before, but you probably smacked him upside the head before you actually realized what he was doing. Take a look - it's pretty unmistakable. Now wipe the smug and shameless satisfaction right off his face.

EASTER EGGS #10, 11 and 12 - History Repeats

Halo wasn't the first game Bungie made, you know. Before Master Chief was a glint in some artist or programmer's eye, the company was releasing classic fare like Myth and Marathon. They haven't forgotten their roots. In one of our favorite Halo 3 Easter Eggs, you can hear the piano theme from Myth - "Siege of Madrigal" - by standing in a distant corner of The Covenant mission. This lovely piece of music was hidden in the first two Halo games as well.

Then there are the Marathon symbols. Guilty Spark and the sentinels of Forge have got 'em - right in their eyes. You can also make out the icon on many of Halo 3's weapons. We think we see it on the Spartan Laser below... do you?

EASTER EGGS #13 and 14 - Corporate Cannibalism

Bungie may enjoy trumping their past successes, but they also love poking fun at themselves... or at least their boss. Jason Jones, the company's co-founder, is positively roasted throughout Halo 3. "Missing Person" notices with his name and likeness are scattered in various levels, like The Storm and Floodgate. The one below was found in the first big open area of The Storm, near the far door.

Much more embarrassing, however, is the likeness of Jason Jones tucked away in a shadowy corner of the final mission. Damn, that dude must be cold. To reach him and then laugh at him, you'll need a PhD in grenade or rocket jumping. Our preferred method, requiring two players, is spelled out in the video below.

EASTER EGGS #15 and 16 - Fun with Terminals

If you made your way through our Terminals Video Guide, you already saw one of these. The optional eighth terminal on the Cortana mission reveals extra dialogue, including a veiled reference to the Ghosts of Onyx book. If that's not an Easter Egg, we don't know what is.

You also would have visited the seventh terminal on the final mission (hidden, actually, in the same place as Floating Underwear Man). But were you on Legendary difficulty at the time? If you weren't, you missed some of the most important story material in the game. The screen below is NOT it... that's what you see on any other difficulty level. You know you want to be "worthy"...

EASTER EGG #17 - Finish the Fight... Differently

Did you race across the final mission of Halo 3 thinking, "Yeah, this is cool and all. But wouldn't it be way cooler on a Mongoose?"

You're right - it would be. So here's how to get one before the crucial chase. The Arbiter has never looked so awesome and ridiculous at the same time. Be warned, this makes the ride much wilder and much more unpredictable. We love it.

EASTER EGG #18 - George Costanza Grunt

This charming fellow awaits you near the very end of the last mission. When Cortana says "90% left, Chief," that's your cue to start searching for him. Our video will guide you straight and true.

"The jerk store called and they're all out of you!" This could be the most adorable Easter Egg in gaming history. George Costanza Grunt, can we adopt you?

EASTER EGG #19 - The Master Bullet

Man, you thought the Master Chief was badass before? Wait until you catch a microscopic glimpse at his bullet casings. The dude friggin' etches his name into each and every one. No, seriously. Where does he get this kind of time? Doesn't he have some giant glowing rings to blow up? Whatever, we're still in awe.

EASTER EGGS #20 and 21 - Multiplayer Mop Up

Here's one you can try from the menu screen. Choose "I17" ("i" as in the letter) for your multiplayer service tag. Oops! Seems that that particular code is already taken... by UNSC SPARTAN 117. You might know him as Master Chief... Oh well, better go for some immature "69" tags instead.

Finally, check out your Halo 3 Service Record on Bungie.net. Amidst all the Killing Sprees and Killtaculars (you get those, right?), you might notice a funny little cow named "Steaktacular!"

According to Halopedia, the medal is "earned by winning a multiplayer game by 20 or more kills. The description, 'Luke owes you a steak dinner', comes from a Bungie Humpday Challenge where a steak dinner was bet over a game, in which Will bet that he could beat another team, led by Mike, by at least 20 points. He lost 50-5." Ouch.

Halo 3 tutorial: how to make Elephant fly

Halo 3 Topics

Spotted this mindblowing tut at AVSfoum today.
Author wrote:

I got an Elephant to fly last night. I uploaded it to Bungie's site; just gotta figure out how to post it here.
Here's a couple pics I got last night:

Finally found all the skulls:

Trying to make an Elephant fly:

Then I finally got it to work
http://www.bungie.net/stats/halo3/fileshare.aspx?gamertag=DaveS78&filter=filmclips

Wow. Another great example of the beauty of forge. The crap some people figure out is amazing.
Whats funny is one time it didnt work right, but it managed to just flip the Elephant over. I walked up to it and it says "Press RB to flip...wait, what? How did you do that?" or something funny like that.

And here's another approach - watch this Halo 3 Flying Elephant Tutorial to learn another method to make elephant fly:

All of this made me put together a little FAQ
Halo 3: How to make the elephant fly

* with explosion
1) An absolutely the best way to get it exploding is to put a gravity lift in there under all the fusion coils and stuff set to a run time minimum of however many grav lifts you have It throws them up and they explode when they come crashing down!

2) Keep shooting elehant until it turns to it's side. Then, they will keep exploding. If this still doesn't work, well, do it again.
MAKE SURE TO DELETE ALL FUSION COILS/PLASMA BATTERIES ON MAP FIRST!

You got more secret knowledge to share on this regard? Drop me a line.

* without explosion

u can also use the ammo pods and stick them into the divers seat

dude, u can do that way easier if you take a warthog or chopper and put it in the area where you drive it, then fly forward and it does the same thing.

Lol, anyone found the equivalent of a BXR yet?
stop saying found by: when i assure you people have found things like this before the game lunch -__-

i dont think there going to fix that cus its not like u can use that in matchmaking and forge is juist suppose to fun like that

i think the would fix it.. cuz thats a huge vehicle that can kill everyone lol..

Its not a glitch, just something.

They wouldn't fix that.

Great now Bungies gonna fix that!

how did u record that? capture card

nice tutorial. never found that out lol
great job on your TUT! and to do flip you have 2 Elephants ram eachother head on, should flip. :-)

Halo 3 video of awesome grenade stick released

Halo 3 Topics

All I can say is wow - it sure kicks Harry Potter ass! And if you're into meditation, this hot video is not suitable for ya ;) but seriously...

Author of this mindblowing (*grin*) Halo 3 video, BlackShadowMist, says:
I managed to pull off one of the luckiest sticks in Halo 3 history. Yep - total insanity, I tell you. Come think of ot: A Cross-Map, off wall, air lift, sticky. With 99.999% of luck involved. Cannot reattempt and succeed.

And he adds in the comments:
I wouldnt be able to bare with that kinda death! I actually hit 2 more sticks similar to that one on the pit, but this time I did it on Construct. I throw a power drainer up the air lift, then a stick, then at the top the power drainer explodes, and SOME HOW launches the stick onto the guys a** and sticks him.lol it was ridiculous. Lets just say Im extremely lucky.....

Five Cool Halo 3 Things You Can Get For Free

Halo 3 Topics

I compiled this Five Cool Halo 3 Things You Can Get For Free list after spendign quite a few hours on the Net trying to understand how can I get a free copy of Halo 3. Hope it'd be of help to somebody else. I'd be much obliged if you can add more resources to my list - please send a comment.

Quick note - these are available to US residents over the age of 18 exclusively.

1. Free copy of Halo 3

Yep, free Halo 3. You’ll have to enter ZIP code and participate in Platinum Prizes survey, but free Halo 3 is still a great offer.

2. Claim your free Halo 3 Game AND Xbox 360

The good folks from BRA want to give you a free ultimate Gaming Package - yep, Xbox 360 and Halo 3 Game bundle. They hope that you’ll get hooked and buy more stuff from them.

In fact, I spotted at least three offers of the kind - you can also try here and here. BTW, the latter one is kinda funny - if you happen to know what Princess Name in the Mario game is - Guava, Peach or Orange - you can answer the quiz and get your free Xbox 360 Elite and Halo 3.
Simple eh?  What, not that simple cause you dont know her name? wtf - go past the quiz directly ;) to the page - here's a walk around link (hope I wont be nuked ;)

So, know your ZIP code? Go ahead.

3. That Platinum Prizes survey did appeal to you? Come on - I digged out couple more similar free Halo 3 offers - one comes from Megapromotions (it takes only entering your ZIP code) and another one is here (you’ll have to enter email addy)

While hunting down these Halo 3 freebies, I stumbled upon two more cool promos - couldnt resist to add it to my list.

4. a) OK, this one is pretty cool - Receive $5 just for joining InboxDollars - they pay members to play games, read emails, take surveys online, and go shopping. Membership is free. It was mentioned on Good Morning America - have you heard that ad?
b) Nike vs Adidas - which is better? Answer the poll and receive a free gift. What's the catch? Didn't get - see for yourself.

Like I said, these offers are all exclusive to US residents, non-US traffic is redirected.

Halo 3 master chief costume - Halloween anybody?!

Halo 3 Topics

Halo 3 halloween costumes? Yeah baby!

As excited as I am for the game, I can't wait to incorporate Halo 3 into the my Halloween plans - can you?

How about that Real Life Master Chief for Halloween huh?
This costume deserves a post of its own. I cant recall where did my pal got it from - it's either from here ($5.00 off should be in effect already - hey, they got costumes even for pets...omg) or here (thumbs up for real fast shipping, and stuff looked, you know, real, if you know what I mean).

OK, so - photos of what is possibly the best Master Chief costume ever. I've seen some great Halo costumes before, but this one takes the energy sword and slices up all the others. Imagine how sober the room got when they saw this Master Chief walk in with a nearly real needler gun that glows in the dark -- I can see it now. The room grows silent and all that can be heard is his chrome testicles of perfection clinking together as he walks up to the bar. He turns and yells "Who wants free shots?!" as he blows away everyone with his glowing covenant ammo, it would be the best drunken death one could endure.

Clubs are offering competitions for best Halloween costumes - you gotta snap like $1,000 in prizes, no?

The best part about these awesome costumes is that the women automatically flocked to him without even knowing what he looks like he he. I'm pretending there's two 12 year old geek geniuses inside the one suit operating the limbs in hopes of getting drunk without being ID'd. Actually no, it'd be even better if the Master Chief pulled a Metroid surprise and took off the helmet to reveal it's really a gorgeous girl -- I'd be forced to battle her Spartan suit with a Trojan or two.

Halo 3 new weapons database

Halo 3 Topics

New Weapons in Halo 3: Halo’s been home to some interesting weapons, they’ve become a big part of what’s separated it from other shooters. Where other FPS games tend to include the typical mix of pistols, machineguns, and rifles, Halo (Halo 3 included) has had a pretty bizarre mix of firearms. One that’s made a pretty big splash is the Spartan Laser, which could best be described as a laser-firing weapon that has the power of a Rocket Launcher and the precision of a Battle Rifle. These crazy armaments combined with the two weapon restriction have made strategy with weapons an essential part of survival in Halo 3.

Halo 3 Weapons

Halo 3 Human Weapons:
MA5C Assault Rifle
While similar in appearance to the MA5B Assault Rifle from Halo 1, the new MA5C Assault Rifle has better damage, range, and accuracy than its Halo 1 counterpart. But the improvements come at a cost; the clip size has been reduced from 60 to 32 for this fully automatic mid-ranged Rifle.

M7 Caseless Sub Machine Gun (Dual Wield)
Like its Halo 2 counterpart, the SMG in Halo 3 is once again useless. The fully automatic SMG holds 60 5MM bullets in a clip, but its damage, range, accuracy are very poor.

BR 55 Battle Rifle
The Battle Rifle holds 36 9.5MM rounds per clip, fires in 3-round bursts, and has a 2x scope mounted on top of it. With good accuracy, damage, and range, the Battle Rifle is a well-rounded mid to long range weapon that is suitable for most of the scenarios you may encounter throughout the game.

Magnum (Dual Wield)
The new magnum has a slow rate of fire, no scope, and holds just 8 rounds per clip. But with pretty good damage and accuracy, this UNSC sidearm isn't totally useless, especially when dual-wielded.

S2 AM Sniper Rifle
The Sniper Rifle has 5x and 10x zooms and fires a 14.5 MM armor piercing, fin-stabilized round. The Sniper Rifle’s magazine holds 4 rounds. One headshot or two body shots should be enough to bring down most foes from almost any distance.

M90 Shotgun
This powerful pump-action shotgun can only hold six shells at once this time around. Although it is as deadly as ever at closer ranges, the Shotgun is still ineffective in longer range battles.

Competitions for best Halloween costumes are comin' - Master Chief costume anybody?

M6 GGNR Spartan Laser
The Spartan Laser is a shoulder mounted directed energy weapon. When firing the weapon, there is a two-second delay while the laser charges up. After the charge is complete, a burst of energy will fire from the gun and obliterate anything in its path. The Spartan Laser is very effective against both vehicles and infantry.

M19 SSM Rocket Launcher
The Rocket Launcher has a 2x scope and fires a 102mm shaped-charge, high explosive rocket. Although it has no vehicle-lock feature this time around, the rocket is still very useful against infantry as well as vehicles.

Missile Pod (Third-Person Heavy Weapon)
Designed for vehicle or stationary use, but can easily be torn off its mounts and be carried by a Spartan. The bulky Missile Pod is capable of quickly firing homing missiles at a target. To acquire a lock on a target (usually a vehicle), aim the Missile Pod at the target until the reticule turns red and then fire.

AIE-486H Heavy Machinegun (Third-Person Heavy Weapon)

Also known as the Minigun, this weapon is commonly seen mounted on turrets or on the back of warthogs, but now it can be torn off its mounts and carried around.. Although very powerful, the size and weight of the Machinegun will slow even a Spartan down. The ammo becomes limited once you tear this weapon off of its mount.

M7057 Defoliant Projector
Also lovingly known as the Flamethrower, this weapon discharges and then ignites a stream of volatile fuel that will easily burn through a Spartan’s armor. While effective in closer range gunfights, it’s not a good idea to rely on this cumbersome weapon in most other scenarios.

Type-3 Antimateriel Incendiary Grenade
The type-3 Incendiary Grenade is a nasty weapon capable of melting flesh and damaging, immobilizing, or destroying vehicles. Once it goes off, the filler inside the grenade will burn for 4.5 seconds, temporarily blocking enemy movement through smaller areas.

M9 HE-DP Fragmentation Grenade
This is a typical fragmentation grenade. Shortly after striking a surface or object, the grenade explodes killing or severely damaging anybody nearby. Combatants can also bounce this grenade into difficult to reach areas to clear out enemies.

Halo 3 Covenant/Covenant Separatist Weapons:
Covenant Carbine
The Covenant Carbine is a semi-automatic weapon with a 2x scope. It can hold 18 high-powered projectiles per clip and is similar to the Human Battle Rifle in terms of accuracy, damage, and range.

Brute Spiker (Dual Wield)
The fully automatic Spiker shoots razor-sharp shards of metal at a high rates of fire out of its double barrels. Holding 48 spikes per clip, this crude weapon seems to be the close-range weapon of choice for Brutes. Underneath the gun barrel is a blade for increased melee damage.

Mauler (Dual Wield)
The Brute shotgun. A single Mauler isn't as powerful as the human shotgun, but when dual-wielded, this weapon can be absolutely devastating. Like all other Brute weapons, the Mauler has a massive blade attached to it for increased melee damage.

Particle Beam Rifle
One headshot or two body shots should be enough to bring down most foes using this Covenant sniper rifle. Although you don’t have reload this weapon, two quick shots from the Beam Rifle will cause it to overheat and become disabled. There is no way to reload this weapon, so once the battery charge reaches 0, the weapon becomes useless and should be discarded.

Needler
The Needler is a fully automatic magazine-fed weapon that fires sharp crystalline projectiles that home in on soft organic enemies and explode upon impact. Though it may look like its Halo 1 and Halo 2 counterparts, this isn’t your grandfather’s Needler, the new version of this weapon is actually useful on the battlefield.

Plasma Pistol (Dual Wield)
The Plasma Pistol is a semi-automatic, directed energy weapon. Holding down the trigger will build up an overcharged plasma bolt that can take down energy shields and temporarily disable vehicles. The overcharged plasma bolt has a limited homing ability, but it is not recommended that one runs around with an overcharged shot built up, because the battery charge will slowly deplete even if no shot is fired. After too many regular shots are taken or after an overcharged bolt is fired, the weapon will overheat and become temporarily disabled as it cools down. The Plasma Pistol cannot be reloaded and once the charge is at 0, the weapon becomes useless and should be discarded.

Plasma Rifle (Dual Wield)
The Plasma Rifle is directed energy weapon capable of automatic or semi-automatic fire. Extended automatic fire from this weapon will cause it to overheat and become temporarily disabled. The Plasma Rifle cannot be reloaded and once the charge is at 0, the weapon becomes useless and should be discarded.

Energy Sword
The Energy Sword is capable of slicing through even the most heavily armed foes with ease. When not locked on, press B for a regular melee attack or pull the Right trigger for a basic undercut attack. When the reticule turns red it means that the sword has locked on to an enemy and the player only needs to pull the R-trigger in order to magically lunge forward several feet for an effortless kill. When the battery charge reaches zero, the Sword's melee attack is no longer effective and the weapon should be discarded.

Brute Gravity Hammer

The weapon of choice for Brute Chieftains. While performing melee attacks, this weapon will allow you to do a lunge towards your opponent, much like the Energy Sword does. The Gravity Hammer is useful against more than infantry; it's also devastating against vehicles. One hit from this weapon will send a vehicle flying through the air.

Brute Shot
Grenade launcher used by the Brutes that fires grenades from a 6-round belt. The grenades fired from this weapon will explode on contact with vehicles or infantry, but will bounce before exploding when they hit inanimate objects. The Brute Shot has a very large blade on the end of its barrel for increased melee damage.

Fuel Rod Cannon
Shooting explosive projectiles in an arc-like trajectory, the fuel rod cannon is effective against both vehicles and infantry. This cumbersome weapon can carry 5 fuel rods per clip.

Brute Spike Grenade
Grenade of choice for the Brutes. The Spike Grenade will stick to infantry, vehicles, walls, and any other surface. When this crude grenade explodes, it discharges spikes in a conical-like shape in a single direction.

Plasma Grenade
This grenade has an internal mechanism that allows it to distinguish between vehicles or infantry and non-threatening surfaces. If thrown precisely, the grenade will stick to an infantryman or vehicle and explode 3 seconds later.

Halo 3 Forerunner/Sentinel Weapons:

Sentinel Beam
Used by the Sentinels to combat the flood and any other threatening life form they encounter. Short bursts from this weapon do very little damage, but sustained fire will quickly strip an enemy of its shields. Once the charge of the Sentinel Beam reaches 0, it becomes useless and should be discarded.

(Pics) Halo 3 Armor Permutations

Halo 3 Topics

Here is an awesome pics of Halo 3 Armor Permutations - characters are

Spartan Permutations
Mark VI, Mark V, CQB, EVA, EOB, Rogue (Regulator), ODST, Scout, Hayabusa (Samurai), Security (Marathon), Unknown 1

Elite Permutations
Combat, Assault, Flight Mark, Commando, Ascetic

Check them out! My absolute favorite is Samurai.
Question is, are all of these available models to players or are they non-player models? And how could I unlock these? By finding the skulls?

I guess what all of these are unlocked by Achievements and beating certain levels in the game on different difficulties. Also, some could be unlocked by the skulls. You unlock different pieces as you go too, you don't unlock the full set (Body, Helmet, Shoulders) All at the same time.

Rumours are that Dutch based Gamekings recently visited Bungie Studios - as a result, they managed to capture footage of two (previously unseen) maps from Halo 3 - these maps reveal both the Epitaph and Last Resort (this is Zanzibar remake) maps.

The return of Zanzibar specifically will no doubt be a welcome addition to the multiplayer's online venues and Epitaph isn't looking to shabby itself. However this video only further reminds us that the clock is ticking down for those of us in the Beta, while the final release of Halo 3 inches closer and closer.

Halo 3 Saved Films Database

Today I read at AMN forums about an interesting idea.

Bungie, with Halo 3 release, is introducing the "Saved Films" feature.
That's what the community has been asking for countless times, and now Bungie's gotten that wish granted.

But the catch is, you can only view said films through Halo 3, and they can't be transferred to your PC.

Unless, that is, you have a video capture card.

This is where my idea comes in. I will gladly partake this endeavor because, well because I can. Anyways, here's the idea:

If you would like to have a Halo 3 saved film of yours up on the web, for the purposes of sharing to the world, showing off your Halo 3 skills, etc, to those people who don't have Halo 3 or want to view the Halo 3 saved film on PC/Mac, I'll gladly capture some of your Halo 3 films onto my computer on upload them onto the web, on a special website I can create.

Well, that's kind of an elaborate idea anyways. For now I'll do my own. I've got a few that I'm setting up right now for all to see, because some of them are just so funny.
